Assumption of Mary

The manzanita branches mimic the physical assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven as they reach through and up out of the arrangement.

All of the arrangements set up at Old Mission Church

We used a complementary palette of periwinkles and indigoes, to pale golds and ivories that are present in the murals on the interior walls of the church.

Went off without a hitch!

Doing an event in Camarillo in the middle of summer was a little challenging especially with some of the more delicate flowers that we had in arrangements such as gardenia, as well as making sure the arrangements travelled the 2 hours well from San Luis Obispo to Camarillo. So, all in all, the wedding went great! And I would like to thank all of my helpers too! Danny Lewis, Ashley Rak Lewis, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis, Chris Chandler. It was a race against the heat today and after three hours of cleaning all the flowers being used for an event this weekend, I'm finally done. Just wanted to give a little peek at what we are going to be up to this weekend.
